Day 5 was pretty stressful because one of teammates was absent so the rest of my teammates was a little stress out about how we were going to make all the products we were going to do while missing one member of our team. Thanks to group 4 for helping us with getting everything in order because this was day we learning how to make cinnamon rolls and sticky buns. Even though group 3 was missing a teammate we managed to get everything done with the help from our classmates.

  2. Making the Brioche dough was interesting to learn because I never made it before. When we first started making it I knew how to scale out the wet and dry ingredients but I was confused on how to use spiral and quart mixer because they are both set up differently but they both do the same function. When the dough was made I had trouble rolling it out into rounds but my teacher helped me out by showing me how to do it the right way. After the dough was made into rounds we had to figure out how to make Petit Tetes and those were kind of difficult to make correctly. My teammates and I had some trouble making them before but our Chef showed us how to do it the right way and we eventually got a little bit better making them.
